In your collect stage, I saw several pictures of researchers in homes. I was surprised you were able to get this personal access with such a limited time. Were all those your field researchers spoke to “cold-calls”, and if so, what advice did you give them or talents did they have that allowed them to build that level of rapport so quickly? Or was this a fairly common occurrence?
